I’m roughly 24 weeks along now. I’m pleasantly surprised to find I’m not still spending my days nauseated. With Peanut I was still barfing regularly at this point and with Wingnut I was still mostly in non-functional. I actually got to enjoy a little time of feeling semi-human before getting uncomfortable this time around. Now [...] Whee! It’s time again for another round of random crap! Oh, and I’ll throw in a little about Mother’s Day, too. Mother’s Day was lovely. It was overcast, which I love, Peanut sang with the Primary kids in Sacrament Meeting, I made grainy mustard chicken for dinner, and I received lots of chocolate, homemade cards, [...] I’ve been having some major frustrations with my children lately, though mainly just Peanut. It seems I have become both invisible and inaudible. I suspect this because Peanut’s has no hearing impairment, yet when I say something – ANYTHING – I end up having to repeat myself a thousand times even if I have Peanut [...] After I blogged about the parenting difficulties I had with Peanut I got the kids up from quiet time. I had Peanut clean her room and while monitoring/motivating her through the clean-up I discovered Peanut had torn one of her books page by page. Again. And hid it behind her toy box.
