We celebrated ODD’s birthday on Saturday. Apparently turning 31 was easier for him than turning 30. We didn’t have any philosophical conversations about it and he didn’t blow a lot of money on model airplanes this year. I think that’s progress. It probably helps that he is almost done with residency so there’s some light [...] These jackets have been a long time coming. As in I made the kids some fall jackets last year and wanted to make some heavier ones but never got around to it. It ended up being a good thing because when I pulled out Wingnut’s jacket this spring after all the snow had melted it [...] ODD’s birthday is today. He’s also doing surgery all day so we’re celebrating it tomorrow with a big day of fun. And I’m hoping BYU doesn’t lose tomorrow because that would make it not such a fun day for him (in the interest of full disclosure, the kids and I couldn’t care less).
