This is not, in fact, a laundry story. It’s just a funny thing I saw around our house. Wingnut always manages to lose his socks downstairs. He kicks and pulls them off, usually on the couch, and gleefully tosses them aside. The other night I happened upon one of his lone socks. I’m not [...] I’ve had my eye on this cute mushroom fabric by Michael Miller for a while now and finally bought some a few weeks ago with the intent of turning it into a dress for Peanut to wear to school. My plan was to make it like Peanut’s Regency period-looking spring pillowcase dress. I measured [...] Peanut is going to preschool this year. It’s at a local high school. Several moms in my neighborhood have used it and loved it so when registration rolled around in January one of my friends told me about it and I got one of the last two spots.
