On Friday we went to Kermit’s friends’ house to play for a while. N has a great yard and plenty of space for the kids to go crazy. Teeny and I were surprised to find out she had only recently moved from Tinytown after living there for several years. Small world. We had lunch and [...] Fozzie did a lot of work in the kitchen while Kermit was gone but after she got back there was still more to do. He had rearranged the stove and fridge so the layout worked better for cooking and began removing the decorative rock work over the backsplash. Kermit pried off most of the rest [...] On Thursday we thought it would be fun to take the kids to a local children’s museum. It was called Explora! (I can’t help thinking about Brian Regan’s Dora the Explorer bit anytime I say or hear it) and was in an area with a bunch of other museums. Apparently you can get a pass [...] Kermit had been out of town for about a week before my little clan got there. In fact, she had been home only a few hours before we pulled into her driveway. We were all so exhausted from traveling we only chatted for a little before crashing. Fozzie and the kids had stayed home while [...] A few months ago I decided it was about time I paid a visit to Kermit and her family. They moved to another state about a year before ODD and I moved back to Utah from California and I had yet to see where she was living. I figured last week would be as good [...] |
